I was honoured to meet and photograph the founder of K-Tel International Mr. Phillip Kives. I had no idea the head office was here in Winnipeg. I remember some of the items and records produced when I was a teenager. After a little google search I was amazed at all the products he promoted and I took this photo of him the day before his 86th birthday.
