It was great to photograph Safety Day at Lafarge Canada Inc. on May 10 2018. The turn out was fantastic! Dave, from International Canadian School of Survival had so many great tips, even this city girl learnt a few lesson’s. 
The Red Ember treated us to so many different kinds of pizza and salads! apparently it’s the “BEST PIZZA IN THE CITY – SOME RANDOM GUY” and I have to agree, it was EXCELLENT! 
The Winnipeg Fire Department demonstrated how they chop up a car, using safety gear. Also, safety ropes used on the job to fight fires. It was mesmerizing to watch, and the clear blue sky made the images pop. 
Hilti demonstrated the use of power tools that are dustless on concrete.
Last but not least Maples Chiropractic gave 5 minute neck/back massage.
