Fall Family Portraits Along Omand’s Creek: Embracing the Chilly Weather

There’s something magical about fall in Winnipeg. The golden leaves, the beautiful colours, and that crisp autumn air make it one of my favourite times of year for family portraits.

Omand’s Creek is especially beautiful in autumn, with its winding pathways, colourful trees, and natural scenery providing the perfect backdrop for capturing families together.

Fall sessions don’t always come with perfect temperatures! Sometimes we’re working with a little wind, chilly fingers, and rosy cheeks. But honestly? Some of the most beautiful family photographs happen when we embrace the season rather than wait for perfect weather.

A little chilly weather doesn’t have to stand in the way of creating beautiful memories. With a little preparation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to embrace autumn, we can create photographs your family will treasure for years to come.

So grab those cozy sweaters, bring along a warm blanket, and let’s make the most of Winnipeg’s beautiful fall season!
